In Case of Cash On Delivery Deliveries:

• 8-10 business days in Urban regions within India. (This region consists of cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies and Indian postal service) as we will be confirming order by contacting you via call. Once confirmed we will be processing the orders.
• 10-12 business days for rest of India. (This consists of regions that are only served by Indian Postal Service and regional courier companies) as we will be confirming order by contacting you via call. Once confirmed we will be processing the orders.

Shipping Policies and Charges:

      We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders worth INR 500/- and above. In case of COD a charge of INR 40/- will be levied.

In case of orders worth less than INR 500/-, shipping charges of INR 90/- will be levied on prepaid orders. In case of COD a charge of INR 125/- will be levied.

If your delivery status shows delivered, and you have not received the product, please inform us within 24 hrs of such status change by reaching out to our customer support. Please be informed After 48 hrs courier companies does not accept any POD dispute.

Once the order is shipped, it can not be cancelled.
